Yes, you read it right. avidInteractive Productions is in need of a sponsored dedicated server or VPS.

Why sponsored?
avidInteractive Productions, while a commercial entity, is currently in the midst of re-organizing the entire business. It's starting with a more streamlined process for releasing new and updated software, increased support staff, etc. Unfortunately the need for a new home was kind of sudden, and wasn't planned for or budgeted for.

Why a Dedicated Server or VPS?
avidInteractive produces a lot of server based software and hosting related applications. In order for us to fully test the capabilities of our new/updated software, as well as host our client solutions (yes we have hosting clients and hosted solution clients) we need root access with Cpanel/WHM.

What does the sponsoring company/entity get?
avidInteractive is prepared to offer the following in exchange for the sponsorship:

• Custom software development work when needed
• Free license of all of our current and new software
• Free one time website makeover (yes we do website design and can provide a portfolio of work if needed)
• Advertising within our software About credits. (we have approx. 1500 clients)
• Partner credits on our current and new (coming) website.

What specs?
avidInteractive Productions is not only a software development company, but also offer film and audio production services, including feature length film production. This means we have trailers, software instructional videos, etc on our sites. We just ask that you keep this in mind.

Right now we average about 5GB of transfer per month so will probably need slightly more than this to handle our expansion. We also currently use approx 10GB of storage, and again...will probably need a bit more than this due to the expansion.

Aside from that, we will need the usual as well:

• Unlimited MySQL databases
• Unlimited Email
• addon domains
• parked domains

As you can see, our requirements are more closely suited for VPS or Dedicated server.
