The client was upset at the first time we spoke of removing them from our client base, but then after realizing the impact on other clients understood why their own hosting changed from shared to VPS alone. I was a little upset at first, this person knows very well the type of traffic they bring and acted like we were at flat. Very pleased to say on the VPS its been happier for all involved and yes more than anything this client has specialty hosting - sometimes I wonder if I am too nice.
