That is SO TRUE. I find companies that have been in business longer, (expecially the 2 or 3 guy operations) tend to have the WORST attitude when it comes to customer service. Dunno why that is. They just seem to take customers for granted.
To the OP, i Never tried hostww, but I think Hostgator is a great company to go with.
I've also been with ResellersPanel (LiquidNet) since February 2006. The only hiccup I had with them was a double-billing for a couple months' service. I think it was my fault (accidentally subscribed twice in Paypal) They applied the overpayment for me, no problems.
