each with own cpanel

150 mb webspace
5 gb bandwith (at least)

own cgi-bin
webmail
pop/stmp mail

99.5% uptime
fast servers (web sites located in spain)
good service, as this seems difficult to find

possibility to pay monthly, about 6$
no set up fees

no resellers or new hosts please
