How so? The IP netblock owner is still belongs to the hosting company, not the reseller since the IP address can't be re-delegated (SWIP) to the reseller.
There really isn't any anonymity to assigning an IP address since anyone with a dnsstuff.com account or even SSH shell account can run a WHOIS on the IP address and quickly determine the parent company.
Of course, the hosting company can take measures to change the IP block ownership to something other than their name but it still doesn't belong to the reseller.
