If you're not making enough for the $15/month price tag on a billing and support tool, then I'd suggest using just regular email for the 5 clients you do have. $15/month is a VERY low price for the amount of automation you get from the system. I understand keeping costs low when you're first starting out, but don't skimp on the basics. Get a $150 loan from a friend, bank or parents so that you have the software you need in order to start your business.

Yes, I deff.. couldn't of worded that any better. Please tell me your not starting a hosting company when you can't even afford $15-$16 monthly.
