I run two servers - one for free accounts and one for paid.

The free server:
AMD Athlon x2 4400+
2GB x1 DDR2-667 Corsair memory

The "premium" server:
AMD Phenom x4 9750
2GB x2 (4GB) DDR2-800 Kingston memory

They both run great.
