We look at Top 10 posting members in a given month, but award only that person who has actually contributed value.

For example, poster #1 might have made 100 posts in a month while poster #10 only 10 posts. However, if poster #10 has contributed a lot of valuable knowledge, gave the best advice and helped other members at the best possible level, while the poster #1 made a ton of brief, repeated, insight-lacking posts - then it is the poster #10 who is going to be celebrated.

It is the QUALITY that matters, not the QUANTITY.
