What do you mean? When you click "Post Reply," you are able to see previous posts at the bottom of the page.

First, thank you for your kind words. We built HD based on community feedback, so it'd better show it.

I wouldn't mind some kind of motivational/special treat for members that contribute good knowledge and participate actively. We have already touched on that subject and few options are being looked into.

That kind of functionality depends on the advertising software and I haven't found a better one that match our needs yet. I've been looking for the past year and tested few, but none that felt right. Either way, we manage the spots so that each client receives a well balanced number of impressions per day. Not too much and not too little - just the right amount that might cover as much eyes as possible. But again, I am still looking to upgrade the ad system so we can also accept flash banners, but to find the right solution is a pain in one place.

We've had a very good contest before with over $5000 in prizes from different vendors. We ran it a couple of years ago and the contest awarded 5 most valuable members at the end of the year. Depending on their winning rank, and their needs, they would take turn to pick their own gifts (out of 15 or so). Our current contest is based on same principles. Your potential prize would be of high interest to resellers mostly and those running high load sites (I presume)... so if you think of a good idea we can use to award such a prize, let me know. If I think of it first, I will contact you. But its a very kind gesture indeed.

I know that Social Media is sort of an overused term, but I'd like to see the user profiles here "Social Media-ized." Maybe a more user-friendly environment with a personal touch. I'm not so big on being able to customize colors...as much as maybe having some professional/personal areas where people could list specialized skills or maybe be more detailed about what they like to do for fun.

This may or may not be in line with what you good folks have in mind for the community. I'll brainstorm on it some more and see what I can come up with.
