Custom Avatars & User Titles

I see a few users with avatars and custom titles but can't find the option in my CP so I'm assuming these are treats that must be earned - how does one go about earning such things?

Hi Chris,

Avatars come into action after 100 posts and 30 days of membership.
Custom titles after 1000 posts and 60 days of membership.
