Hello,
Small suggestion, maybe strikethrough text?
I always find it's a nice addition to forums.

I'm also a fan of "spoiler" tags as well.
Which is another nice addition.

Keep up the good work on the forum.

NEVER!

Not on my watch.

Okay, fine, just for you.

BB code added, you can also use the button in the window editor:

PHP Code:
[s]Strikethrough[/s
Preview of the above code: Strikethrough

What is a spoiler tag? First time I hear about it. Please do tell more.

Hello Artashes,

A spolier tag pretty much allows the poster to hide text from people that don't want to see it. A better example is provided here directly from a vBulletin developer:

[BB Code] Spoiler Tag

Cheers,

Ah, I see what he meant, Matthew, thank you.

The million -dollar question now is - what could it be applied to when it comes to the web hosting industry? I can understand a subject like the movies having spoilers, etc. But for us, what would we not want to reveal to other members?

I like the idea of a spoiler tag.

We'll figure out a way to use it.

Well, that was the first question that came to mind. I'm not sure how the spoiler tag will be used within the hosting industry however, lets see what localnode comes back with. Maybe he has an idea for it

Or, as webfreak mentioned we might figure out a use for it!

It'd be mainly used for general forums.
But I could see a use for it in keeping posts tidy, for example:
--
(Hosting offer post
text text test
plan 1:
<spoiler>
details
</spoiler>
--

Just an example. I'm sure there'd be many more uses for it.

Thanks for providing some feedback LocalNode. Let's see what Artashes thinks about that . If the code was implemented, like everything these days, people may start finding a use for it . Have a night.
