Thread tooltip

I prefer it when I can see a snippet of text from a thread by just hovering my mouse of the thread title.

That is a good feature, wonder why HD is not using it.

Maybe that's a bit server intensive that's why HD doesn't have it.

Oh, I remember this one!

We disabled it years ago because it was more of a nuisance than help when the new design came out. It provides almost no valuable information and if someone is interested in the subject, they would click on it regardless. Seemed liked an overkill and the forumdisplay is just so much cleaner without it.

I understand the position of not having that feature here. It is something I do like to see though. It saves time because sometimes when you go to the full thread you realize that the thread title didn't really relate to the thread subject as well as you thought it would.
