In addition to what frattay22 said, if you are asking if they provide helpdesk support to their customers, then yes to that too.

And quite well, too, I might add. Actually on all fronts. Good ticket system in the program and good support by their people to ClientExec customers.

Yeah the trouble ticket system is nice in CLient exec, it has proven very reliable. Just make sure you are using the latest version of CE... bugs in the signup process cost me a few customers... fortunately several had reported the error to me so i could get it fixed..

Overall Client EXec is a good system for managing your customers billing and support issues.
