I want to just express my feelings of clientexec. I have never taken the time to fully understand what it can all do, but tonight I was thinking "I can do this, I can do that" So that is what I have done I have put the full use ClientExec to use.

I must say it should cost more than 9ish a month for what we are getting, but that is me and I do love the price. The software is well put together I think better than any other Billing/Support software I have ever used.

I just want to say thanks to the ClientExec dev team and anyone else who is involved!!

Thanks for making our business starting to go smoother now!!!

I just installed ClientExec and I look forward to using it! From what I hear it can take care of all your billing needs client wise? You can tie it into the entire checkout process? Anyone have any informative links on ClientExec?

Yep I agree, very easy to get lost for HOURS in a good way. Just editing what you want, playing around with packages, etc... Over all Great for Billing and Support TR don't forget!!!

We're using ClientExec too, it's wonderful thing. My partner is doing support on the side for them, and from what I hear the upcoming version is supposed to do some very wild stuff . I would definately keep your eyes out for its release.

As I have stated in other posts, I am new to this forum, so I am reading and catching up! I am using Client Exec and I love it!

Never before have I had it so easy. I not only have the ticket system in place for my clients who like to log in and use it, but, when I get an e-mail request for a variety of things for clients I open a support ticket so I can track the work that I am doing for them.

Then, I figured out how to use the Plug-In for CPANEL!! Let me tell you about that system! AWESOME. I get an e-mail from CE telling me a new sign up, I log in to validate it, and then hit enter (or whatever it is), next thing I know, my WHM is updated and my client has an e-mail with all there info!

I am anxiously awaiting the release of the new CE... I am not one to load BETA software!

I found one "problem".
Emails are not send in HTML mode.
This is important for a good looking of the services... do you people consider this also important? And have you found any way of doing this?

Just so everyone knows, there are many ways to get support from ClientExec, even if you got your license from your host. While we do not provide support to ClientExec reseller's customers, we do have a manual, knowledgebase, and unofficial support forum available. The unofficial support forum is meant to be user-to-user support, but 4 of the ClientExec staff members are active in the forum as well (Alberto, Keith, Clint, and myself). If anyone is in need of help, please check out the following areas. Help will come to those who request it:

I agree, its very nice software. The only problem is that it can't handle multiple window instances. You have to keep it all in one browser window or you will get wierd "fuse action" errors. It's still a heck of a lot better than the other bloated programs out there like WHNbilling and Modernbill

About a year ago when I used to co-own TheSitePeople.com we opted for ClientExec. I must say we were VERY impressed at its efficiency and accuracy when dealing with clients and processing payments.

The install was simple, and easy to follow, and as far as the design of the interface goes there was no real hurry to get a site matching skin built for it.
