I just spent a few quick minutes looking through that Fallcreek. I would honestly just spend the exra $20 /mo and go get WHMAutopilot or Modernbill. Freeside is very plain... might not have an attractive interface for your clients.

Well,

I wasn't actually thinking about using it, I was just curious, if anyone had used it and what the feedbvack was. I get asked by my resellers quite frequently about billing software - but anyway, I don't think the appearance of a script should weigh that heavily in a decision.

It's simple enought to edit the html around and inside of a script, to improve it's appearance. Right?

Yes, that's the simple part...if the designers made it simple to work with. The trick questions are: how secure is it, how stable is it, what features does it have, and what features are planned.
