The next version of BillVoice is soon to be released.
The next release fixes many minor bugs, adds a new licensing system and another programmer to hopefully improve the program a lot more.

The reason for the new licensing system is that BillVoice now has over 600 users, requiring a lot of support yet we have not had any donations to help contribute towards the continuing development of the program.

The first release of the program was in March 2004 and the program has come a long way since then.

BillVoice is an offline or online customer management system.
The program runs on Windows OS and stores all important data in a MySQL database which can be run from a Windows or Linux system.
It is designed specifically for webhosts and we have integrated many features by request of our users.

The next release of BillVoice will only cost $29.95/year
I don't think less than $2.50 per month will cause any problems for the users of BillVoice, especially as the income will be improving the coding, interface and support of BillVoice.

The free version will remain free to use.

Great John glad to see that it will be a paid product, seems like it is very useful .

That is too bad about no donations, but what can you do, charging will cover your costs and help you make a couple bucks maybe after spending alot of time supporting the users.

I doubt there will be much profit to make until after at least a year.
I am not the only one working on this, and the others don't work for free
Just getting too tight to budget for everything now with so many people but still nothing coming in.
Had to do something or else I would just have to abandon the program totally.

Sorry to see that you had to start charging, but I'm sure that this will really help improve the program. A lot has been done even without any income from the work.

Great price and I am sure people won't be put off at all by paying so little for the program.

It's a mighty shame you had to start charging for it John, however I don't believe it'll deter people from using BillVoice. From the screen shots it looks good, and the amount you're questing isn't much compared to others available.

It will be improving a lot in the new few months, new features, making the features available a lot easier to use, making config and install easier.

I will be most likely introducing the licensing system in roughly 2 weeks. Having a custom licensing system developed instead of the ones already available.

There will be an online addition available hopefully within the next 6 months allowed customers to access billing information and invoices online and make payments, then updating the offline version with the click of your mouse

Just a note that I will be doing a minor release free of charge fixing some bugs
If something that is being worked in is complete by then also, I will include it free of charge, it is a major addition but I don't know exactly when it will be complete.
