we use whmcs it is pretty good with lot more options available comparing to other billing software..

Yeah, whmcs is becoming the defualt choice now for web hosts.

Basically, choosing a Billing Application depends on the kind of Features you are looking for. WHMCS is certainly making a Mark in the Industry and many of the Users prefer it as it has almost all the features one would need.

In addition, Matt has set things up pretty straight forward, so although it's not always fun to work around the encoded files, you can customize things quite a bit to fit your needs
