I have my account setup so I can accept checks offline, credit cards and even Paypal. It seems lately Paypal transactions are being "stuck" with Client Exec and I had a new client tell me that my billing software "sucked" because she had to type in so much information.

How is it my fault that my system sends her an invoice and she doesnt check her email to pay it? Do people really think I have control over PP.

Had to type in so much information? Maybe if she had to signup for a new account, but who doesn't have a Paypal account these days?

SOme people seem to think such things should be magic and just automatically pay themselves or soemthing.

Yes, people can be lazy. You just need to take them as they are, explain what you can and cannot do (like dictate paypal what to do). Ultimately, you're better off without an unreasonable customer, if it really comes down to it.
