While I love them I hate them, and I get changing your password to keep your things secure but it seems I never need to login there much and when I do (within weeks) they are on a security kick wanting a new password each time and I have no idea why its so rushed like this. Anyone else dealing with constant pwd changes?

I've not actually thought about trying them out however I am starting to think I should look. I have alot of people going they are quite good but then others putting the gateway down.

Auth.net and CDG work good for me, I'm not sure exactly what you are looking for with your company but for us we wanted to avoid large fees and did not really want to try a merchant account with our local bank. This has worked awesome, never an issue in all the years using them.

RWHost why would you be looking at a US merchant account if your in the UK?

Is there any chance you remember why they were given bad reviews so to speak? I have not really read up on anything that was more than a hard to please client but their system works good and Ive never had any issues before.

Authorize.net is great. Have never had problems with them. And there support really work with you.
