You are going to have to give a whole lot more information here.
What program are you referring to? What is the URL?

I am sorry about that. The question I had was for the new plesk billing (modernbill). I managed to fix the problem.

The question I have now is how can i edit the middle part of the cart? I made the header and footer look different but the middle and actual cart is what I would like to edit. If anyone has this information please let me know.

Well I can't help with the question you have as I use WHMCS as our billing system, but is it possible that you can post the results for how you solved your login issues? It may help someone down the road who runs into a similar situation.
