I've been using Client Exec for a while now.. I do like it, however I've never used WHMCS so I can't compare unfortunately. On another note, I do know a few co-workers and friends that use WHMCS and I've heard nothing but good things.

i recommend going with WHMCS. WHMCS is very easy to use and very easy to customize. You can get plugins developed and installation requires just uploading the plugin file.

Well again, it depends on what your requirements are. If you are running a small Web Hosting business and do not need much out of a billing system, then I would use ClientExec. But if its otherwise, then go with WHMCS.

WHMCS all the way, we have never had any issues with WHMCS so far and it has satisfied us greatly.

I have been using WHMCS for over a year.
I have not seen any major bugs especially since V4 came out.
If you need any help setting it up let me know.

I use WHMCS. But, if you are in free hosting industry, you can try THT(freeware) too.

I'd say WHMCS. I've used it for just over a year and love it. Its kind of overwhelming when you go to set it up for the first time, there just seems to be so many things to configure, but its very user friendly once you get used to all the settings. Its a great piece of software, and its the only thing I'm ever going to use.
