I use ClientExec. ClientExec also offer all you need to run web hosting company.

WHMCS all the way, but if you are looking for something to offer your own clients then a CE reseller account .

Clientexec charge $15.95 a month but a reseller gets 5 licences for $20 a month

WHMCS is $15.95 a month but a reseller gets 5 licences for $58 a month, so price wise is the same for a single licence

+1 for WHMCS, it is certainly the best software to use in a hosting business, a complete package.
