anybody using this billing software?

It looks decent.. If you're just starting out and don't want to pay over $5 for your billing/support system, then go for it.

I'm a WHMCS fan for life! (or until something better comes)

well i have it installed but it is missing quite a few things in my opinion, just wondering if any real business is using it.

I took a look at it when they started advertising in HD, but like myself, I doubt any established companies will just switch from their current system to simply "try" a new player on the field.

If you're just starting out, then you can have the luxury of trying new systems at will, until you find the right one to grow with your company.

that is a good point, specially since they don't have a conversion tool yet.

I don't know how good BoxBilling system is or how bad it is, but one think I can say, at present situation whmcs is one of the favorite billing software and we may see some advancement in near future, so I think, BoxBilling system definitely not the one that we should look forward to at the moment.

I agree whmcs and clientexec right now are better but judging by the progress this system is close.

WHMCS is the way to go. However, boxbilling is really looking good.

This is some kind of risk. Usually, hosts don't like such changes .
If your business is big enough, changing billing system is very risky. This is why its hard to get on the market for new systems like that.

whmcs is still the leader. unless some new products has better structure.
