K Software is starting a project to create industry-specific billing software packages based around the next major version of kBilling, a as yet generic billing software.

I would love to hear some ideas on what feature are most important, and discussion on pricing (our software does target small busines) as well as the ability (or inability) to integrate with Plesk, cPanel or any of the other more popular control panels.

There are quite a few web hosting providers using kBilling now and most of them say that they like the simplicity, but I think we can do better. Help from you industry folks will go a long way! Thank you all ahead of time!
