My vote goes to modernbill it is user friendly and has more features making it more functional and their support is also good.

We use autopilot and its made a tremendous turnaround for our needs

The Pro-Rating Billing feature in Modern bill is Not available in WHMAP and Modernbill works with MYSQL 5 + and WHMAP doesn't. Those were the Two Things that made me switch from autopilot to modernbill but now I use WHMCS
