i think it has been fixed now

PayPal has always been good to me in personal and biz use. Never had any problem.. I can't beleave some of the bad things I hear like from "PayPalSucks.com".

I think the rule of thumb is as follows: You will always hear screaming from people who are not happy with their service (the 1%) rather than the majority who are happy with a service such as PayPal.
