I currently use modernbill and like it a lot. I also run Cpanel.
However, since Hsphere enables you to have a central control point for all of your servers, both windows and linux, which is very handy, i am considering using it. The layout of the panel looks pretty nice as well.
Anyway do any of you use Hsphere? How about their billing system that comes with it? Is that easy to work with, configure, etc...? Can you have different types of billing periods? For example, for some plans you can have it so the payment plans are prorated and eventually get paid off once every month, for other accounts, the payment due date is the date on which you signed up, starting next month.
You can't do the above in Mbill and that is a big pain, they really need to add that feature.
Thanks for the advice.

In hsphere, billing is done from the activation date of the account. If the Billing period is 3 months, then next billing will be on account activation date, three months later.
Hsphere billing is pretty easy once configured. Really easy to work with (my experience), provided you gave some dediacted time to understand that way it works. Hsphere has complete billing inbuilt ( CC, Web Payments, check etc.
Thankyou.

hsphere is great. The billing system isn't perfect, but what is? It isn't nearly as bloated as modernbill, and the learning curve is quite steep. However, if you are willing to give it some time, it can be very rewarding. I am also quite fond of their licensing structure.

Well, I honestly don't like their idea of paying $4.50 for a license. So, it will be atleast $100 for 25 users. That's a lot. Although, it is a one time payment and you get to keep the license for a lifetime, which is I suppose not a bad idea.
I suppose it might save you some money in the end since you only need that one hsphere and you can just keep adding servers to it, so if you rent boxes, you dont have to spend the extra cash on adding a control panel.
