Much Prefer 2checkout to PayPal. Their support far outranks PayPal and 2co i find is generally easier to work with.

I would too recommend 2CO over PayPal. 2CO offer free billing support for your clients and that's definitely a plus.

I only use PayPal because the vast majority of people seeking web hosting have it.

I use Paypal because most of my customers use it. Personally, I have had nothing but good experiences with them, and everyone is familiar with and trusts the Paypal name. I have never had issues with them locking my account, and have had absolutely no trouble with their customer support department.

We use 2co as our main payment option, and use pay pal secondary we have also added moneybookers has another payment method.
