ICANN approves internationalized domain names

Domain names with non-Latin characters from start to finish will be available soon. The Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN) has approved the new Internationalized Domain Name Fast Track Process. Generic top-level domains will eventually be expanded to include almost any word. The Fast Track Process will begin on November 16.
