Highbridge Business Park secures $255M in financing for a new DC

Highbridge Business Park, a UK-based data center provider has secured financing in the amount of $255 million in to build a new DC at Cobalt Park, North Tyneside, UK. The funding for a new 45,875 square feet data center came from a group of investors from Chancery Tax.

Drift2 acquires Utaria.net, discontinues brand

The Minnesota-based shared hosting provider Utaria.net has been acquired by Drift2 Web Service. As part of the migration process, all existing Utaria.net members will be moved to under the Drift2 brand and data integrated to its primary cluster. Drift2 plans to discontinue the Utaria.net brand once the migration is complete.

A new web hosting company Dedico was launched. Dallas-based firm is made up of a group of internet professionals who, according to the announcement, have a combined experience of over 30 years.
