Telorean opens $15-million data center in Houston

A 90,000 square foot data center has been opened in Houston, Texas by Telorean, an IT systems firm. It extends the company’s position in terms of providing a resilient infrastructure. WebHostingDay 2010 kicks off with record attendance

WebHostingDay 2010 has officially kicked off today in the Phantasialand theme park outside of Cologne, Germany and event organizers are expecting to break all previous attendance records once the numbers are added up on Friday.

Indiana University launches in-house data center

Indiana University‘s new $32.7 million data center, meant to store the university’s computer processing, data storage, and networking, is scheduled to open it’s doors on Thursday, November 5 in Bloomington. The gross size of the building is 82,700 square-feet. It is also designed to withstand tornado and other natural disasters.
