Webvisions acquires Skydio

Singapore-based ISP Skydio has been acquired by Webvisions, a company with more than 100,000 accounts by Webvisions in Oceania and Asia-Pacific. Skydio provides data center, managed servers and web hosting among its range of services. This deal would contribute over $1.9 million to Webvisions’ annual revenue.

Pronet Hosting buys CoolHandle

Pronethosting.net has completed the purchase of CoolHandle.com web hosting company, previously owned by Moniker, for the undisclosed amount. The deal positions Pronethosting.net expansion into the value-priced hosting industry. It will also be able to provide reseller, dedicated, and shared hosting to more than 100,000 domains.

InetServices adds new Dell PowerVaults to their line

InetServices web hosting provider has added Dell PowerVault MD3000 and MD3000i modular disk storage array to their offering. Some of its customers sought these new models for more storage. The company has previously offered the MD1000 model for more than two years.

SingleHop’s Tandem server reseller program to launch January 2010
