Do you have some "real" proof of sales?
I don't think there is any credibility here for someone who would list a business that makes $12k a month with a starting price of $49.00

Selling a business on EBay? I wouldn't trust it. For what he has already sold doesn't seem very authentic. I hope the O/P will return here to defend this claim.
