Who cares about grammer, i only use grammer when it counts. I'm 21 anyways.

Opinions will vary, but, as this thread proves, choosing the occasion when grammar counts or not is not an exact science. Hence, especially when you represent a company in public, it's best to try and do a minimum of errors.

I do know people with poor writing skills that are actually great at what they do, but fact is people still tend to equate mistakes in writing with lack of proficiency in other domains as well.
