can you *post* details of the plans that you've offered/sold these people as the potential value of your busienss is somewhat dimished if you've massively oversold, promised unlimited everythings to your resellers and charge 29.99/month for a terrabyte of data-transfer

a list of the plans, how many on each plan, whether they pay monthly, annually (and which month) etc will help people evaluate what you are offering.

some details about the 2 dserevrs (cpu, hdd, transfer allowance, datacentre, monthly cost, age) woudl also help
