I think you should post a little more information about what you have to offer here on this forum so that people know what you're offering here.

Basically you're looking to partner up with an existing hosting company?

How old are you?
Where do you live?
What can you offer to the existing company other then 1 server?
Do you expect to jump onboard and split profits 50/50?
Are you looking for a startup company?

Just more... info lol.
