Our PR on google may be 0 but we have done nothing to promote this site other then link to it on other sites of ours. With a bit of hard work the new owner would be able to get a high PR for this site.

but this will not help you, becouse in now days most sites use CMS and it does not need to have 10000 pages on a site just use a disk spce if you can use apache module rewrite and good CMS to make it all in just one index.php

There is not really 10,354 different pages of cheats. Theres a php page for each letter then theres a php script that calls the cheats from the DB and displays it on the page.
