*This sale involves clients only, no part of our business is being sold*

Currently, our company is debating whether we should continue offering windows hosting or not. Nearly all of our clients are Linux users and the extra cost for the Windows users is raising our expenses. For this reason, we are considering selling our windows clients. Although we are in no rush to sell, if we receive reasonable offers we will complete the sale.

There are 13 total windows clients who are all billed monthly (all by credit card) on the first of each month. They are currently hosted on a windows reseller account and do not have access to any control panel. (You can give them one if you wish) We set everything up for them including email and ftp accounts. For support, we provide them email support.

One thing we request is that you allow all clients to keep their current nameservers. This way there is nothing for the clients to update and their service will not be interrupted. What we will do is redirect the nameservers to your ip's.

Plan Details: (space/transfer/price)
Basic: 50mb/1gb/$4.95 (1 email/1ftp)
Bronze: 100mb/5gb/$9.99 (unlimited emails and ftp)
Silver: 250mb/10gb/$19.99 (unlimited emails and ftp)

Plan Breakdown
Basic - 10
Bronze - 1
Silver - 2

Monthly Income:
10 X 4.95 = 49.50
1 X 9.99 = 9.99
2 x 19.99 = 39.98
Total = $99.47

One Year Revenue: $1,193.64

Overall, our clients use very little resources. Together the clients are using a TOTAL of around 800mb space and 1-2gb transfer monthly. They are willing to pay our prices because we provide them a very high quality service including 24 hour tech support. We also complete any tasks they need help with. If we sell our clients we would only complete the transaction with a reputable company providing a high quality service.

Please let us know what you would be willing to offer for these clients. We are looking for approximately one years revenue.

Thank you!

Hi, We are interested and have a few questions:

- In what geographic area are you and your customers located?

- Can you provide a detailed schedule of when each customer are paid up untill?

- Do you have a detailed breakdown of your average monthly revenues and monthly costs?

- What is the domain name of the website that is for sale? If you don't feel comfortable giving it out, what is the google Page rank for the domain?
