Domain name registered 4/22/2005, which means your site is around 3 months old, but you claim that the age of the site is 10 months. Why the difference?

The site is 10 months old.
The domain is 3 months old.

I don't know if Google does that I will just change where the check is sent to and give you the password.

Actually, that won't work.

Google states in the Account Transferability section of AdSense program policies that...

For example, when a site changes ownership or management, the prior owner or manager must cancel the AdSense account for the site, and the new owner or manager may sign up for a new AdSense account in his or her own name.
