I am sad to say that it is now time for me to sell UniqueWebmaster.com
UniqueWebmaster.com was stet up in December of last year and has been growing ever since.

The domain name information:-

UniqueWebmaster.com is registered at Godaddy.com

Registered Date: 12/13/2005 Expiration Date: 12/13/2006

And will be pushed to the winner for free!

I have submitted this site to many directories.

UniqueWebmaster.com has a PageRank 4 and I am expecting it to get higher at next update! It is expected to get PR 5

We currently have 142 members at our forum who have made 446 threads and 2,033 posts. We are running on MyBBoard Script

We have a quite small forum but it is growing rapidly and here are some forum static’s

I have made $75 on selling yearly text links at UniqueWebmaster.com (So if the buyer was to buy and remove the links I would ask he refund the $75)
I have also made about $5 from oxado.com

Most of the money made form UniqueWebmaster.com has been from selling text links.

The winner can must move the site to their hosting, the site is on cpanel

I think the above is reasonable for what the site offers and also it potential that it has.

Even thought this is an auction. If I fail to receive a price in which I think is adequate from UniqueWebmaster.com I will not sell it!

Also please not this has been listed at many sites to receive maximum impact.

Hello,

Did you sell this already? Is this a proper assumption? There is only 7 registered users and the board is now on SMF 1.0.7.

Was the person you sold the forum to aware that you would be using the same domain to re-start an new forum?

Sounds like a confict of interest to me.

Yes,

I made sure of that fact! He used the forum DB and merged it with his own forum so it is now more active, more members and higher post count.
