Email piping ticket support

Hello everyone

I was searching out for a support system which supports email piping from ALL users. I had good reviews about osTicket but I just checked that they were not allowing users to download v1.x.x anymore and the v2.x is still in development stage from last few months.

Is there any script which has same functions with easy to use interface?
Can be free or paid.

Also, please do not post cerberus Help Desk as it didnt worked out for me

In a previous thread you asked about billing systems. If you use WHMCS, the support system in WHMCS supports email piping from all users.

Trellis desk now has email piping support. Google it, its free.

It looks pretty good so far from their online demo, but they don't have an admin demo so going to download it and check it out further.

Oh wait, when did they change location. They were on some tomatoes site before. Buyout ?
