You can also use Wordpress as Knowledge Base, it is easy to setup and customize.

I thought thought WHMcs (Complete Solutions) knowledgebase was a well designed and easy for user or the person updating the knowledge.

Kayako is th best around these days as the other features it has.

Kayako is good, but I perfer WHMCS. WHMCS in my opinion is easier to use and is just overall kick arse.

Ever since I was with BH I'vev liked cerberus. Kayako is better IMO

Yes, I would suggest WHMCS or Cerebrus as these two are the best softwares used other than kayako. Both are easier to use and friendly.

I have used Kayako in the past and, while intensely pricey, it is great software. The KB in WHMCS is also great, though with fewer features, and comes at a much better price.

The knowledge base system in WHMCS works really well

We are currently using WHMCS. The built in FAQ defiantly works well enough to meet our needs.

I recommend WHMCS for billing and Kayakoo for supporting.

We use WHMCS and are very pleased. I don't see any reason to use an outside knowledgebase software when WHMCS already has a great one built inside, along with everything else you might need. I love Matt and his wonderful software!
