See above. We try encourage use of the ticket system but still answer any email requests that come in. We often move them to the ticket system.

I guess thats ok though because thats why we answer tickets.

A provider shut down once with out giving any of his clients (which I was one of) any notice. This caused a number of problems of some domains not having a backup handy and then having to call and explain this. A day later I managed to contact someone and they shipped the hard drives from Miami to me and I restored the data. Customer was happy again.
