We tried livezilla in our site it works fine, so i prefer using livezilla its free only thing is the client should use Windows rather than Linux

Providesupport was great, and it's perfect if you don't have the capital for a really great chat solution. However since using Providesupport, we have moved to LivePerson which is amazing, but unfortunately quality always comes at a price. I'd say if you're planning on advertising reliable support via chat, and that will be a "niche", your only real choice is LivePerson.

Live Person, PHP Live, Kayako, and Provide Support are all great live chat applications.

I prefer Kayako software, the only thing I don't like is their suppopt.When I contacted them to resolve a couple of problems, they were simply not helpful and didn't provide me with the proper support

Their support could definitely be better, but overall the software is pretty good.

In my experience livezilla really rocks and i had installed it for few sites for my clients, really worth trying

livezilla is great, but we love kayako live support.

Livezilla rocks, and best of all it's free. It's honestly very professional and high quality even though it's free. We use it as well.
