Hello,

We have 20 staff members.. 9 for support tickets 24x7 6 for chat.

Other to 3 for billing and 2 site developers.

Surely looking to grow to 30 mark in next 6 months.

We have our own Set Crew - 1 Partner, Myself and 2 Tech Staff..

How many staff agents do you thing HostGator needs or has? Around 100s?

I would guess they employ 1000+ on a full 24/7/365 schedule.

They are in the 500 - 600 range if I remember correctly. Douglas Hanna presented at the last boot camp. They add on 100 new employees per year.

I currently have 4 other staff members. It was hard at first to hire others as I was so used to a 1 man show operation, but they paid off immediately. Paul(who just joined the forums) has been a great asset to the company.

We currently have 5.

Me - CEO / Linux Server Administrator
1 - VP Operations
1- Director of Abuse
1- Director of Graphic and Design

And of course we all do the live support and tickets etc.

We have got a staff count of 4. All of us are close friends and engineers. We started off as resellers.Now we offer shared, VPS, resellers and many more ...
one of them is ADMIN (take care of all the internal and external affairs)
another is sales executive, another is script installer and the last one is the customer care executive.
