To keep up the system 60-80 hours should do the trick, it wont look over work nor lack..To keep it stand out to the crowd one really should give time.

Many people spend a lot of time on there site, Belive me even when they have nothing to do theres something to do or they just want to do something and is really bored on the site just wondering around on the pages.

I spend a lot of time on my sites, About more then 65+ hours, Some times Im up all night and sleepy in school.

That's nice to know. I work long hours as well, specially when I was still starting to establish myself. It is best that you are dedicated to what you're doing.

Although we have other staff who are on at all hours of the time and day, I still put in about 50 - 60 hours a week if not more. Most nights run pretty smooth with few chats and tickets but other nights, we get hammered.

Although I only put in 40 hours here, my 21 mile drive can sometimes turn into an hour and a half one way. I've thought about getting a helicopter and landing on the roof.

I will suggest you to provide support 24x7 to be effective and good support providing hosting.

I work 24/7. You get used to it after a while. There is nothing better than responding to a customers issue in 5 minutes. I also have 2 part time staff who help out during busy hours.
