i'm looking for an alternative to PHP-Live. Any suggestions?

Personally i love php live meets most's budget and secondly its fully featured, Is there any reason why you want an alternative to php live?

PHPLive does have a lot of features, but it does have some issues as well. At my last job we used it for about 18 months, no major problems and their support is pretty good about answering tickets quickly.

Try ProvideSupport (http://www.providesupport.com). Relatively new on the market but feature-rich for the price!

There is actually software I had the opportunity to test-drive. Its called IntelloChat and I believe, its part of IntelloDesk upcoming software from AvidInteractive.
Its very neatly done, performs well and you can customize it the way you want. I think I'll grab one license when its released.

I recommend Live Person at Liveperson.net its really expensive though, I think its $99/month for 1 operator, and $50/month for each additional operator.
