It is not 100% accurate but I found a site ( estibot.com ) that estimates the value of your domain based on many factors... I thought it was neat and I thought you guys might enjoy it.

The real value comes from what someone is willing to pay for the site. It doesn't matter what any appraisal tool says, if you can't find a buyer at that price then what is the site really worth in the end? Of course, at times, you can get far more than the tools say it's worth to. In the end, it boils down to the perception of value in the eyes of potential buyers.

actually at least it is realistic - i used some that show the value of a domain at 10,000 dollars when in reality it might be 100 bucks
