Could be interesting for some kind of a web hosting association or organization...
Or even a hosting company..
I would guess $25 developed.

Im thinking to develop it into a web site for reviewing web hosting companies !

$25 developed would be about right unless you had some significant traffic.

The market is saturated with hosting related domains and even more saturated with hosting review sites.

I agree with the above, A domain is priceless without traffic, Unless its a very popular word, Id say the domain like it is, is worth the registration fee, If developed and with traffic it could possibly be worth alot more.
