Undeveloped I would put them at $25-$35 each.

Of course, a motivated buyer may pay more.

Well Keywords are not very popular; not sure how many people would on a click with that or even search that on Google.

I have to agree with Blue on that one 25-30.

As for BannerHere.com it is probably worth abit more. $50 Maybe.
